BULK MUFFLER PACKING MATERIAL FOR REPACKING MUFFLERS ,.................................... RE-PACK INSTRUCTIONS 1. REMOVE MUFFLER ENDCAP WITH ALLEN WRENCH 2. INSERT THUMBS INTO CORE AND MOVE IT SIDE TO SIDE TO REMOVE IT FROM THE MUFFLER 3. REMOVE ALL OLD PACKING MATERIAL 4. RE-INSTALL CORE INTO MUFFLER / IT HELPS TO REMOVE WHATEVER INSERT IS IN THE ENDCAP AND PUT IT IN THE CORE SO YOU CAN TAP THE CORE BACK INTO THE SEATING RING IN THE BOTTOM OF THE MUFFLER , AND IT ALSO HELPS THE NEW PACKING SLIDE INTO PLACE EASY 5. SEPARATE NEW PACKING INTO BUNDLES THAT CAN BE TWISTED AROUND THE CORE AND PUSHED DOWN FIRM WITH A DOWEL OR RULER 6. INSTALL INSERT BACK INTO THE ENDCAP AND INSTALL ENDCAP
